A student of the Kazakh national academy of choreography became the best at the international contest
On October 9, 2019 International Festival «The Planet of ART-2019″ held the closing ceremony at the Palace of Republic in Almaty. It was organized by the Kazakhstan National Federation of UNESCO Clubs, jointly the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy.
This year the project covered more than 3500 children between the ages of 12-17 years old from all over Central Asia and Russia in the categories of vocal, instrumental and choreographic art. In the period from February 1 to May 1, children from all regions of Kazakhstan and neighboring countries were participating qualifying round online, demonstrating their versatile talents.
Due to the scale and the international level, all participants, regardless of their social status, including young people from socially unprotected layers of society have equal opportunities to showcase their talents and further work with the leading artists of Kazakhstan.
Following the results of the qualifying round were identified 16 of the most vibrant international finalists, who dropped the winning ticket-invitation to the final stage of the project from 2 to 10 October in Almaty.
As a result of an independent decision of jury, the winner in choreography nomination became a student of the Kazakh national academy of choreography -Abay Yussupov.
– I believe that I have achieved victory thanks to the hard work and professionalism of my teachers, who saw my talent before the start of the project. The victory was not as important to me as the vivid emotions and friends, associates, whom I met here. I seriously plan to continue to develop in the field of choreography, and «The Planet of ART – 2019″ helped me to open with a bang and motivated, I did not stop there – said Abay Yussupov, the winner of the nomination “Choreographic art”.
At the culmination of the finale of the festival-contest «The Planet of ART – 2019″ finalists from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan presented their creative numbers accompanied by the Symphonic Orchestra of Akim of Almaty under the direction of Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan Belyakov A.V. with the support of outstanding artists of our country – the People’s Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Tatarstan, laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurzhamal Usenbayeva; The Honored Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, professor of the Kazakh National Conservatory named after Kurmangazy – Aigul Ulkenbaevf and brightly extraordinary voice owner, singer Daneliya Tuleshova – Envoy of UNESCO Clubs in Kazakhstan.
