An academy student made it to the finals of The Planet of ART-2022 Date: 27 July 2022

The international festival “The Planet of ART-2022” was held in Aktobe. The festival is held within the Year of Children in Kazakhstan and is timed to coincide with the 75th anniversary of the UNESCO club movement.

More than three thousand gifted children from different countries submitted their applications for participation in the contest. The performance of the contestants was evaluated in three nominations: vocal, choreography and playing musical instruments. Thirty-nine participants from six countries made it to the finals in all three nominations. Among them was Alima Alikhanova, a student of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography.

The finalists demonstrated their skills at the gala concert of the festival. Alima Alikhanova performed with Sultanbek Gumar’s production Open Eyes.

The Planet of ART is an annual festival held under the auspices of UNESCO. Thousands of gifted children from all over the world take part in the festival.
