Colleagues from Azerbaijan visited the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography

The Kazakh National Academy of Choreography was visited by colleagues from the Baku Academy of Choreography – associate professor Yegyana Taptygova and professor Lyudmila Gasanova. The foreign guests came to Kazan to get acquainted with the Academy and share their experience in the field of dance education.

As a part of the visit the guests met with the management of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography – Vice-Rector Bibigul Nusipzhanova and director on scientific work and strategic development Zhanna Tolysbayeva.

During the visit the guests of the Academy were able to see how the educational process is organized. Of particular interest to the guests was the curriculum of the Academy.

Taptygova and L. Gasanova also visited the library, museum, living quarters and medical unit of the academy. The colleagues from Baku noted the modern equipment and good conditions for training.

In addition, Y. Taptygova and L. Gasanova were the guests of honor at the Republican Subject Olympiad and the IV Competition for Young Choreographers, dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the choreographer M.Z. Tleubayev. Professor Gasanova also acted as a jury member. Both events were held at the academy on March 17 and 18.
