Group lesson on the development of emotional intelligence

On February 14, 15, 2023, group classes on the development of emotional intelligence were held at the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography with students of the school-college of vocational education. The event was held by the teacher-psychologist of the Academy Ibragim M.B.

The objectives of the training were to teach students to express their emotions in acceptable ways, to find alternative styles of behavior in conflict situations.

The following methods were used in the event: the “Ball” exercise, which helps to work with anger, the “Harmless Snake” parable, aimed at realizing the need for socially acceptable psychological self-defense, techniques for restoring emotional balance (auto-training).
