On April 21, 2023, a republican scientific-practical conference in the online format “Language and literature at the junction of time and space” will be held at the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Khoja Ahmed Yasawi in Turkestan within the framework of the “Balakayev Readings IX” in honor of the Honored teacher of Kazakh science and Education, Doctor of Philology, academician Maulen Balakayev.

The purpose of the conference was to identify current problems in the field of linguistics and literary studies, to differentiate the significance of the work of scientists in the field of Kazakh linguistics and literary studies, to analyze concepts and effective methods and techniques of teaching language and literature, to identify the activities of language and literature in society.

1. actual problems of linguistics;

The procedure for registration of materials

The text of the article (no more than 10 pages) in a text editor WORD 6.0 (7.0) in “Times New Roman” font (font size – 14, spacing – 1, top and bottom margins – 2.0 cm, left – 3. cm, right side – 1.5 cm, the spacing at the beginning of the free line should be written in the standard (1.25 cm).

In the middle of the next line, the title of the article is highlighted in bold. The full name of the author is written in one line. On the next line

organization, city name, author’s e-mail are written in italics. The main text starts after one line.

Bibliographic references in the text have a rectangular shape on each page [1; 23] in parentheses, which are listed at the end in the order of presentation in the text. Pages are not numbered. Tables and figures are given in the text with a heading at the top of the tables and a heading at the bottom of the figures.

The file must be named after the author.
