Reminder for parents of school students

Dear parents and students!

In the context of strengthening measures to combat the spread of coronavirus, from April 6, 2020, the school-College of professional education of the Kazakh national academy of choreography (Academy) will switch to training using distance technologies (distance learning).

Distance learning is the interaction of a teacher and students at a distance, reflecting the components inherent in the educational process and implemented using Internet resources (ZOOM, electronic diaries, e-mail, WhatsApp chats, etc.) and TV lessons.

The Academy draws up a schedule of lessons in accordance with the schedule of TV lessons, as well as the training schedule, which you will be familiar with on April 4, 2020. The lesson schedule will be posted on the Academy’s Internet resources, as well as brought to you through the classroom teachers.

Memo on distance learning for parents and children:
– lessons will be conducted strictly according to the approved time (follow the schedule);
– charge your computer (phone, tablet) should be full, take care of it in the evening;
– training is conducted in a specially designated place for study;
– children should be washed, combed, neatly dressed (not in pyjamas, dressing gowns, etc.), during specialized subjects (special disciplines), students should be dressed in ballet uniforms, in accordance with the requirements of the Academy. Girls put their hair in a bun.
– the room should be perfectly quiet, you need to disable extraneous sounds. It is necessary to exclude the presence of other children and Pets in the room during the lesson;
– during the lesson, children should not leave the room, drink, eat, be distracted by other things, or leave the online lesson;
– if the teacher / teacher asks a question, you can answer by raising your hand;
– the student must clearly follow the instructions of the teacher/teacher;
– questions can be asked to the teacher/teacher only after the end of the lesson explanation, i.e. when the teacher/teacher asks for it;
– during the explanation of the lesson, parents and children are not allowed to write to the chat, except when there is no sound and the child can not hear;
– when answering, the child does not need to get up from his seat;
– it is forbidden to take photos, video, or post a broadcast lesson on social networks;
– parents are strictly forbidden to interfere in the course of the lesson;
– the parent is responsible for the child’s absence from the lesson.

Parents (legal representatives) of students must:
– create conditions for training in General and special subjects;
– track and help your child connect to the online lesson on time, without delay;
– to see the schedule of lessons;
– monitor the attendance of online lessons;
– help your child log in to your personal account in an electronic diary, email, and other communication systems and technologies (WhatsApp chats) to get educational material for self-study;
– monitor the performance of students ‘ homework;
– keep in touch with the class teacher and subject teachers.

Studying:
– get acquainted with the schedule, topics, and content of online lessons through available means of communication (electronic diaries, e-mail, WhatsApp chats, etc.);
– must view daily broadcast of TV lessons according to the schedule, as well as all available electronic platforms specified by the subject teacher;
– daily independently performs tasks, including through available means of communication (electronic diaries, e-mail, WhatsApp chats, etc.), which are established by the Academy;
– is in daily contact with the class teacher and subject teachers, teachers of special disciplines;
– performs work on errors after a comment from a subject teacher or a teacher of special disciplines;
– daily access to your personal account in an electronic diary, email and other communication systems and technologies (WhatsApp chats) to get educational material for self-study;
– daily presents completed tasks in accordance with the requirements of teachers / teachers, sending scans (or photos), videos, completed tasks to the teacher through available means of communication (electronic diaries, e-mail, WhatsApp chats, etc.);
– adheres to the rules of academic integrity and self-control when performing educational tasks;
– uses additional electronic educational resources.
