“Shezhire kyni” (“Ancestors’ Day of Remembrance and Blessings”)

On the eve of the holiday Nauryz in the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography teachers of primary classes of school-college of vocational education together with their pupils conducted open class hours, as well as the concert “Shezhire kүni”. The participants prepared colorful musical numbers and showed an ancient Kazakh national ritual “Tusau kesu”.

Director for Educational Work and Social Development Alisheva A.T. congratulated all the participants, noting the importance of the holiday Nauryz, symbolizing the national culture of life renewal and the awakening of nature, as well as strengthening friendship between the peoples.
