Teacher Toygan Izim is an honorary citizen of Kazakhstan

The teacher of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography, honored artist of the Kazakh SSR, professor Toygan Izyim was awarded by the breastplate of competition “Honorary citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan” for special labor services to the society.

The competition was held by the national innovative research center Bilim Orkeniety of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
