Teachers at the academy underwent a series of psychological trainings

On June 23, 24 and 30 in the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography held a series of trainings on “Psychophysiological features of the development of the personality of the student” with the participation of teachers of the school-college of vocational education. The training was organized by the sector of additional education and professional development of the Academy. Maral Ibrahim, the teacher-psychologist of the Academy, was the trainer.

The training was devoted to two themes: professional burnout of teachers and psychophysiological features of child personality development.

The participants got acquainted with the symptoms of professional burnout and received psychological advices. Together with the trainer we have analyzed the material on periodization of human development from birth to death, analyzed positive and negative ways of an individual’s development.

The training also contained practical work – brainstorming, the aim of which was to reveal age crises of students and to determine methods of effective interaction with them.
