The first charity event of the Academy in the framework of the Year of Volunteer
The 2020 year, as you know, at the initiative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. Tokaev declared the Year of the Volunteer. The volunteering is, first of all, the idea of noble selfless service to your country, your people, the desire to make his life better!
Pupils and the staff of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography opened the Year of Volunteer with the “Do Good” campaign by visiting the residents of KSU “Sharapat” Social Service Center on January 30, 2020 with another charity concert and presents. Such actions have become a good tradition for the Academy staff. Every year, her pupils try to create a festive atmosphere for the inhabitants of the Center, presenting new choreographic and vocal numbers to their attention.
This time, the concert program included lyric compositions from the repertoires of modern Kazakhstani performers, dances of the peoples of the world, such as the Ukrainian “Plyskach”, the Belarusian dance “Husky”, “Khorezm Dance”, as well as a medley of favorite Soviet songs.
Director of Education Alisheva Alila Tursumbaevna made a welcoming speech and warm wishes for good health and long life to the inhabitants of the Center.
The audience, according to the established tradition, thanked the students of the Academy with applause and wished them to achieve great professional heights and success in their work.
