The meeting of the Council of Employers was held at the Academy

On April 20 in the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography the first meeting of the Council of Employers was held.

The Council, which included the current employers of the Academy, was formed by the decision of the meeting of the MES RK with the Vice-Rectors for Academic Affairs of higher educational institutions on the establishment of employers’ councils for the development of educational programs.

This Council is designed to assist in the formation of competencies of future professionals that meet modern requirements, solving problems in the formation of a quality educational environment, strengthening cooperation with organizations in areas of training taking into account the modern requirements of the labor market.

The main function of the Council is to develop the educational program in accordance with the requirements to the training results and to implement the educational goals declared by the Academy.

The Council of employers of the Academy includes:

Chairman – Kanetov Nurlan Ismagulovich – Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan, Laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation, Laureate of the prize “Soul of Dance”, Artistic Director of “Astana-Ballet” theater.

Members:
Seytbekov Rustem Serikbaevich – teacher-repetiteur of ballet troupe of the State Opera and Ballet Theatre “Astana Opera”, Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Bayzhanov Kabdulla Mukhatzhanovich – President of OYuL “Association of Sports Dancing Federations of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, coach of the highest qualification of the highest category, international category judge WDSF, member of the executive committee of the Asian Dance Sport Federation DSA, Director of Communications DSA;
Agimbayeva Kadisha Ermekbayevna – Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Artistic Director of the State Dance Theatre “Naz” of Nur-Sultan akimat;
Jumagalieva Kalamkas Oktyabrevna – teacher-repetiteur of folk dance ensemble “Shalkyma” State Academic Philharmonic.

Secretary:

Dauletkalieva Raushan Nurimkyzy – master’s student of the 1st course of educational program 7М02106-Art-management.

During the first meeting of the Council the following questions were discussed:

1. Development of the new educational program 7M02105-Art-Management (specialized Master’s degree)
2. discussion of updates to educational program 6B02111-Balletmaking.

The developed and updated educational programs will be presented for discussion to the Academic Council of the Academy.
