Training for teenagers “Mirror reflection. Me in the eyes of others

In March 2022 a psychological training on “Mirror Image” was held with 6th and 7th graders in order to form an informed attitude towards their words and actions, as well as a benevolent attitude towards themselves and others. I am in the eyes of others”.

During the training, we discussed examples from life that brightly illustrate the proverbs “You reap what you sow” and “You get back what you get”. Participants of the training performed practical exercises on playing various situations, completed the test “What do you look like in the eyes of others”.

At the end of the training, students independently formulated the conclusion: “Treat people the way you would like them to treat you.”
