Training of personal growth “Leadership and management skills”

On the eve of March 11, in the 462 classroom of the academic building, Science café was held a training of personal growth “Leadership and management skills” on the initiative of the Student Scientific Society of the Academy.

Such activities teach students to manage their emotions, be more confident and show leadership qualities. In addition, the training – it is a platform for the development of creativity, cohesion and unity of students and teachers.

Following the event, students will learn to analyze the logic of actions and behavior of other people, to govern themselves and relationships with other people, to build a proper relationship. Training participants made their emotional portrait, calculated the ratio of force of habit.
