Training “Skills to create the right psychological mood”

On February 6, 2023, a training was held at the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography for students of the school-college of vocational education on the topic: “Skills for creating the right psychological attitude”. The event was held by the teacher-psychologist of the Academy Maral Ibragim.

The purpose of the training: to acquaint students with the concept of “psychological attitude”, methods and necessary skills for creating such a mood.

During the training, students learned about the methods of creating the right psychological attitude – positive statements (affirmations), the rules for their use and contraindications. The need for an internal attitude towards a positive outcome was also discussed. Students shared their experience of using affirmations.
