The online webinar “Self-isolation – reassessment of values ​​in a crisis”, which was held as part of the IV Intra-University Science Week, dedicated to the 175^th anniversary of Abay Kunanbaev, was held a month after the announcement of quarantine for residents of Nur-Sultan. The task set by the organizers of the event is to bring together colleagues, undergraduates, doctoral students and discuss the problems of the spiritual, philosophical, socio-economic, scientific, educational, family and everyday life which occurred during this period of life, to consider spiritual issues.

The dialogue of contemporaries allowed us to move away from the situation connected with psychological stress and negativity, and grew into contemplations of contemporaries that all periods of crisis present a good opportunity to reconsider our own value system, to change ourselves and our attitude towards the world.

At the period the humanity which had to stop its vain vanity, received a great chance to reboot. To do this, honestly answer only a few questions: who am I? what have I created/built/educated/raised/established/ during the life? Am I interested in life of my family and friends?

How to turn remote communication into a trusting one, how to find “growth points” and reconsider your internal resource in the new conditions of life, how to reconfigure your own world and bring the desired harmony into your closest communication. The participants of the abovementioned event discussed hese issues and much more.
