Which startups are able to be succeed?

The meeting of Academy’s students and Department of innovation development of the Nazarbayev University officers was held 24 October, 2018.
The main theme of the meeting is the innovation cluster of Nazarbayev University “Astana Business Campus’ aimed at the association of foreign and Kazakh companies to one place, high – tech small and medium-sized businesses, venture funds, scientists, businessmen, students and inventors.
The speakers were senior Manager of the Department of innovation development- Mektepbaeva DAMEL and Manager of the laboratory of digital prototyping FabLab – Bizhanova Assel. Speakers talked about the ecosystem of the Astana Business Campus, namely Technopark, Business incubator, the acceleration program and the office of commercialization. Students learned what startups are born in the cluster of Nazarbayev University, how scientists commercialize their products and what companies become residents of the Technopark. They also talked about the Fablab digital prototyping laboratory, where you can get access to the most modern tools of digital production, simulate and make your first prototype, as well as the opportunities to promote your product to students of other universities in the laboratories of Nazarbayev University.
