Since the beginning of 2026, the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography has been welcoming students from China and Uzbekistan as part of its academic mobility program.
From the Beijing Dance Academy, Tenge Yang, a master’s student who will be studying in the Choreography program, and Sabina Aynivar, a bachelor’s student enrolled in the Pedagogy of Choreographic Arts program, have joined the Academy. They have already adapted to the academic process and familiarized themselves with the Academy’s infrastructure.
Students from the State Academy of Choreography of Uzbekistan, Raykhona Toshkenboeva and Zlata Revenko, are studying at our Academy in the Pedagogy of Choreographic Arts program. They are actively engaged not only in the academic process but also in the cultural life of the Academy.
The academic mobility program also includes outgoing mobility. Following a highly competitive selection process, Diana Khusainova and Inkar Makanova, students of the Arts Faculty, Art Management program, have been sent to study in Latvia at the Latvian Academy of Culture. Their studies in Riga will continue until June 2026.
The academic mobility program, which allows students to study abroad and welcome international students, provides the Academy with an opportunity to exchange international experience and strengthen ties with foreign universities. For students, it is a unique opportunity to gain stage experience and broaden their creative horizons.
