Dear Students! We are pleased to announce the opening of applications for participation in the academic mobility program under bilateral agreements for the fall semester of the 2022-2023 academic year. The application deadline is May 10, 2023, at 14:00.
Application Information Students meeting the following requirements are eligible to apply for the competition funded by the Republican Budget (only for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan studying under the state educational order): • Completion of at least 60 ECTS credits (typically 2nd- or 3rd-year undergraduate students); • Academic performance with grades A, A-, B+, B, B-, or C+; • Foreign language proficiency at the level required by the host higher education institution (HEI); • No disciplinary sanctions at the time of application submission.
Students applying for academic mobility at their own expense must meet the following requirements: • Academic performance with grades A, A-, B+, B, B-, or C+; • Foreign language proficiency at the level required by the host HEI; • No disciplinary sanctions at the time of application submission; • No outstanding tuition fee payments at the Academy.
Application Deadline: May 10, 2023
Final-year students are not eligible to apply.
Selection Process
The selection process consists of two stages:
Stage I – Document Submission
Applicants must submit the following documents to the Academy’s office: Application letter (free format);Transcript in Kazakh, Russian, and English; Motivation letter (in Kazakh or Russian);
Two recommendation letters: From the faculty (signed by the supervisor/curator, in Kazakh or Russian, and with the dean’s signature); From the Department of Educational Work and Social Affairs; Document confirming foreign language proficiency (if available, an internationally recognized language certificate such as IELTS or TOEFL). For HEIs with Russian as the language of instruction, an English proficiency certificate is not required; Written consent from parents, guardians, or legal representatives (for students under 18 at the time of departure).
Stage II – Interview
The date and time of the interview will be announced separately.

The final decision on a student’s enrollment in the academic mobility program remains with the host university.
