On March 1, 2026, the Qazaqconcert Concert Hall hosted the concert “Flow/Ағын,” dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the creative career of the outstanding Kazakh choreographer and ballet master Anvara Sadykova, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Ballet Mastery of the Faculty of Choreography at the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography. The event was organized by the State Academic Concert Organization “Qazaqconcert” named after Roza Baglanova with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The concert brought together a large audience—admirers of Anvara Sadykova’s work and of national dance—who noted the richness of the program, which included both the best choreographic productions by the Academy’s teacher and new choreographic compositions specially prepared for the occasion.
Among them were spectacular performances prepared by Anvara Aripovna herself, as well as by her students and the artists of the “GULDER” Ensemble. Among the presented pieces, the audience saw well-known works such as “Dala Äueni,” “Er Turan,” “Tolğau,” “Hafiz,” “Aqqu,” and others. Special attention was drawn to the premiere of the ethno-ballet “Zamana Zhanğyrygy” (“Echo of the Epochs”) set to the music of Maurice Ravel.
The audience highly appreciated the level of mastery, artistic expressiveness, and professionalism of the performers. The anniversary show became a bright cultural event in the life of the capital and once again confirmed the significance of Anvara Sadykova as one of the leading figures of Kazakhstan’s stage arts.
