September 1 is a special date when the Academy opens its doors to students each year. This day is also marked by the annual Address of the Head of State, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, to the nation, in which he announced a series of positive changes and initiatives.
In his speech, President Tokayev outlined the key directions for the country's medium-term development, issued specific instructions, and set new tasks for the Parliament, Government, and other relevant authorities.
"Another point of economic growth and employment is the creative industry, which includes media, film, music, design, education, and the IT sector. In today’s world, 'creative production,' based on the creative potential and intellectual capital of citizens, serves as a source for the development of a truly inclusive economy.
Moreover, the creative economy is becoming a driving force in the development of major cities, attracting talented and creative individuals," said Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in his address to the people of Kazakhstan.
The President emphasized the importance of shaping a new national identity, which holds special significance for our country. Highlighting the profound meaning of the concept of "Adal Azamat," rooted in Abai’s teachings on the "Perfect Person," he called on the youth to embody the highest values—patriotism, education, diligence, discipline, responsibility, fairness, frugality, and compassion.
The President’s words about the "Adal Azamat" concept align with the values of the Academy of Choreography, where educators not only teach professional skills but also instill patriotism, hard work, and a commitment to excellence. After all, our youth must be competitive not only within the country but also on the global stage.
