On August 10, 2025, we commemorate the 180th anniversary of the birth of Abai Kunanbaiuly — an outstanding Kazakh poet, philosopher, composer, educator, and public figure who left an indelible mark on the history of the Kazakh nation and world culture.
Abai Kunanbaiuly (1845–1904) is a symbol of Kazakhstan’s spiritual revival. His work, rich in philosophical thought, humanism, and a passion for enlightenment, has inspired generations of Kazakh people.
