Coworking Space – A Zone for Collaborative Creativity Opens at the Academy

On February 10, the grand opening of the Coworking Space took place in the academic building of the Academy of Choreography. The event was organized by students from the Faculty of Arts and the Department of Educational Work and Social Affairs.

The Coworking Space is a zone intended for discussing and implementing joint academic and creative projects by students.

The honor of cutting the red ribbon and officially opening the Coworking Space was given to Tatiana Ten, a Honored Worker of Kazakhstan and soloist at Astana Ballet, and Askar Mirzaev, a doctoral student at the Academy. "In our time, as students, we wanted to have such a platform where we could discuss ideas, creative concepts, and projects. I am very happy for you, dear students, that now you have such a place where you can collaborate and even just chat during breaks. Congratulations!" said Askar Mirzaev.

Additionally, the event featured an exhibition of paintings created by Academy students titled "The Scent of Art." The unique aspect of this exhibition was that visitors could not only view the paintings but also experience the scents that inspired the artists' concepts. Participants of the exhibition were awarded certificates and sweet gifts. A quiz was also held among the event guests, with prizes given to those who correctly identified the works of famous painters based on the proposed scents.
