On April 20, the Beijing Dance Academy held a special online show in honor of the "International Chinese Language Day." Initiated by the Beijing Dance Academy, the "Dances from Heart to Heart – Special Chinese and Foreign Dance Show" officially launched. Co-organized with distinguished dance troupes from Asia, Europe, Africa, and America, the performance offered a spectacular artistic celebration featuring outstanding Chinese and foreign programs for audiences worldwide.
The most remarkable highlight of this online performance was the debut of Harmony, a new dance video. The video was created by six art organizations from five countries across four continents: The Youth Dance Troupe of Beijing Dance Academy, China, The Dance Troupe of Maranhão Theater, Brazil, The Dance Troupe of the Confucius Institute at Durban University of Technology, SboNdaba Dance, South Africa, The Kazakh National Academy of Choreography, Kazakhstan, The Ludwik Solski Academy for the Dramatic Arts, Poland Dancers from different countries performed to the same music, presenting an artistic piece titled The Great Harmony in the World, which inspired the name of the production, Harmony.
