21st May is a special day that celebrates creativity and protects spiritual values.
The Kazakh National Academy of Choreography is a unique art institution in Kazakhstan. The Academy carefully preserves and develops the best traditions of choreography at the national and international levels, educates young talents in the field of creative industries and makes a significant contribution to the development of national culture.
This year, the holiday was marked by special joy for our team: our colleague, Professor, Candidate of Art History Gulnara Tazabekovna Zhumaseitova received the honorary title "Honored Worker of Kazakhstan" from the hands of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev.
Gulnara Zhumaseitova is a candidate of Art History, professor. She began her professional career as an artist of the Kazakh National Opera and Ballet Theater named after Abai , and today he is a recognized scientist and teacher.
Currently, she is a professor at the Faculty of Art History and Art Management at the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography. Under her scientific supervision, 2 candidates of sciences, 6 undergraduates and 1 doctoral student have been trained. He is a member of the jury of prestigious competitions, as well as an invited expert at international theater festivals in Russia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Georgia. He is the author of a number of books on art.
