Presentation of the book «Lessons of Sergei Gennadyevich Viharev» by Irina Prokofieva - ballet master of the Hungarian State Opera Theater, took place in the library of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography.

Sergei Viharev was a mentor and teacher of many outstanding Mariinsky Theatre artists. He was distinguished by his unique way of conducting classes, his special style and teaching methodology. This book is an excellent opportunity to familiarize oneself with Sergei Vikharev's pedagogical principles on the example of the lessons he taught to Mariinsky Theatre artists. This small handbook will be useful for teachers, dancers and people interested in the methodology of teaching classical dance.

The presentation was attended by students and teachers of the Academy, and the ribbon cutting ceremony was held by the author of the book together with Alisheva Alila Tursumbayevna, Professor of the Academy.
