A meeting with graduates was held at the Academy of Choreography, dedicated to issues of employment and compulsory work on a state educational grant.

On April 14, 2025, an informational meeting with graduate students was held in the conference hall of the Academy of Choreography, organized to clarify the procedure for employment and fulfill obligations for mandatory training of graduates who studied on the basis of a state educational grant.

According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", all graduates who have received education in higher and postgraduate education programs at the expense of a state educational grant are required to complete a three-year or equivalent internship in organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the meeting, a representative of JSC "Financial Center", an authorized organization for monitoring the fulfillment of employment obligations, Serikkali Akzira Serikkalikyzy, addressed the students.

In her speech, she covered the following issues in detail:

  • the procedure for passing mandatory testing and the deadlines for its implementation;
  • liability measures for non-fulfillment of the terms of the grant, including possible penalties and the obligation to reimburse the full cost of the grant;
  • Step-by-step actions that graduates need to take in order to correctly meet the established requirements.

Akzira Serikkalikyzy stressed the importance of an informed approach to choosing a place of work and compliance with contractual obligations to the state. She noted that the state grant is not only an investment in the future of a specialist, but also a social responsibility that contributes to the effective inclusion of graduates in the professional community of the country.

At the end of the event, explanations were given on the issues of employment reporting, as well as answers to numerous questions from graduates.
