On September 15, 2026, the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography welcomed Chen Tsing Yee Liat, Director of the Jean M. Wong Ballet School, along with a representative of the organization, for an exploratory visit.

The visit served as an effective platform for professional dialogue and discussions regarding prospects for further international cooperation in the field of choreographic education. During the meeting, the parties exchanged professional experience, discussed key areas of interaction, and explored opportunities for implementing joint initiatives.

The foreign colleagues familiarized themselves with the Academy's activities and its infrastructure, visiting ballet studios, classrooms, and the residential complex, while also gaining insight into the educational environment and training conditions provided for the students.

Special attention was paid to the prospects of establishing joint creative projects, academic exchange programs for faculty members, and hosting specialized masterclasses.

At the conclusion of the visit, the representatives of the Jean M. Wong Ballet School highly praised the level of training of Kazakhstani artists, as well as the Academy's educational environment and infrastructure.
