Psychological Workshop: Managing Emotional Well-being

As the end-of-semester assessments approached, the Academy hosted a psychological workshop focused on helping students manage their emotional well-being. The session aimed to equip participants with tools to handle tension and stress during one of the most demanding periods of the academic year.

During the workshop, students:

  • Explored the nature of emotions and their impact on both academic performance and everyday life.
  • Took part in the “House-Tree-Person” test—a creative exercise designed to provide deeper insight into their inner experiences.
  • Engaged in doodling—a simple and enjoyable technique to relieve emotional tension and find inner balance.

These activities not only allowed students to take their minds off stressful thoughts but also helped them discover effective ways to manage their emotions in challenging situations.

Hosting such workshops at the end of the semester is part of our broader strategy to support students' mental and emotional well-being. We believe that the ability to cope with stress is an essential skill for academic success and personal growth.

A big thank you to all participants for their enthusiasm and active engagement! We wish you calmness and confidence during your assessments and beyond!
