Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board is a management body that carries out general management of the company's activities, with the exception of resolving issues referred by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Property" and (or) the charter of the Enterprise to the exclusive competence of the authorized body of the relevant industry.
