On February 24, Science Café hosted a very interesting talk on "Theatre and Acting", the speaker was Arman Bukharbayev, a 2nd year Master's student of the "Art History" educational program.
During the discussion Arman shared the main methods of mastering acting skills, showed several exercises for the development of imagination and attention according to the system of Mikhail Chekhov - Russian-American actor, director and teacher, author of the famous book "On Actor's Technique".
The students, teachers and staff of the Academy were happy to apply some of the techniques of reincarnation.
Summarizing the results of the event, most of the participants came to the conclusion that acting is one of the most effective methods of personal development. A person learns to open up to the world, gets rid of fears and phobias related to communication with other people, public speaking, and it is also a great way to better understand yourself, your feelings, learn to master your body, emotions and speech.
