One of the priorities of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan is high-quality personnel training, which will affect the competitiveness and demand of cultural workers. 2,428 teachers of MCI educational institutions are trained in 223 educational programs, including 4 universities in 148 educational programs, colleges in 75.

In the 2023-2024 academic year, 1,205 graduates will receive diplomas from higher educational institutions (art history – 59, choreography – 6, acting – 85, set design – 51, vocal art – 21, film and TV directing – 16, theater directing – 20, art management – 8, cinematography – 7, animation directing – 28, media journalism – 19, sculpture – 9, theater and cinema makeup – 12, monumental painting – 2, choreography pedagogy – 15, composition – 7, instrumental performance – 8, conducting – 14, orchestral conducting – 15, musicology – 32, directing non-fiction films – 11, traditional zhyr (aitys) – 8).

Another 658 graduated from colleges (drama theater artists – 61, puppet theater artists – 20, circus artists – 14, choir artists – 23, teachers of children's music schools – 8, sculptors – 9, decorators – 5, graphic designers – 4, choreographers – 28, dance ensemble artists – 42, they teach vocal art – 15, sound engineering – 6, choral conducting – 13).
