On December 8, 2025, a creative evening of expressive reading, "Abay — The Great Poet," was held among students of grades 1–4, dedicated to the 180th anniversary of Abay Kunanbayev.

The purpose of the event was to introduce children to the exemplary life of the great poet, review his works, read his poems expressively, and perform songs. Students recited the poet’s poems, performed short scenes, and sang songs, through which they developed love for their people, language, and homeland.

All participants were awarded certificates of merit.
