On December 20, a unique competition “Dancing with the Stars” took place at the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography. Its essence is the union of a professional dancer, a student of the Faculty of Choreography, and a participant for whom dancing has become a real challenge, a student of the Faculty of Arts.

The competition was attended by: Toraygyr Amina and Kumarbekuly Muhammedzhan (“Snow Tale” - Viennese Waltz), Kaldygarin Alan and Kapisheva Diana (“Eastern History” - Samba), Dunin Yaroslav and Shalabaeva Aziza (“Love as a special effect” - Rumba), Kim Karina and Safaraliev Rauan (“Gothic bullfight” - Paso Doble), Borisov Gleb and Temirkhanova Sofia (“Sparks of Cabaret” - Jive), Tolegen Bekarys and Makanova Inkar (“Temptation and Deception” - Tango). Each couple went from rehearsals to performances, overcoming difficulties and discovering a new world for themselves.

The result is six vibrant productions, from a romantic Viennese waltz to an incendiary jive, which won the hearts of the audience and the jury.

• 3rd place: Kim Karina and Safaraliev Rauan.

This competition became a shining example of mutual exchange of experience and joint creativity, showing that hard work and cooperation create real magic on stage.
