Asset Alinur Daniyaruly, a first-year student in the Art Management educational programme at the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography, participated in the international HackAlem AI hackathon as a member of the KNAC AI TEAM. The event took place in Astana on 23 September 2026.
A hackathon is an intensive team competition in which participants develop technological solutions to specific practical challenges within a limited period. HackAlem AI brought together developers, students, young professionals, technology entrepreneurs, and artificial intelligence enthusiasts from Kazakhstan and other countries. The participants were challenged to transform their ideas into functional AI solutions capable of addressing real-world needs in business, government, and various sectors of the economy. OpenAI served as the event’s official technology partner.
The KNAC AI TEAM submitted a solution for the challenge titled “Automated Calculation of Supplier Orders for Inventory Replenishment.” The project, named ALN SupplyLens, was designed to improve the efficiency of interaction between suppliers and customers.
The project concept involves using modern digital technologies and data analysis tools to study the market, compare suppliers’ offers, and identify the most suitable supply options based on various parameters. The proposed solution is intended to make inventory replenishment and supplier selection faster, more transparent, and more efficient.
Following his participation in the hackathon, Alinur won a voucher for an educational course on the fundamentals of entrepreneurship offered by Arizona State University.
Participation in HackAlem AI enabled Alinur to apply his entrepreneurial and technological experience to the development of a practical solution for the logistics sector. The ALN SupplyLens project demonstrates the commitment of the Academy’s students to developing across various professional fields, mastering modern technologies, and proposing relevant solutions for businesses.
