From May 19 to 21, 2026, the Republican Forum “Culture and Innovation” was held in Astana, bringing together representatives of culture, arts, education, business, and international experts.

The forum became a professional platform for discussing current issues of digitalization, the implementation of artificial intelligence, modern management approaches, and new formats for cultural institutions. The program included plenary sessions, industry discussions, educational intensives, and project presentations.

Participants discussed the development of libraries, museums, and theatre and concert organizations, as well as issues related to the technical support of cultural events. International speakers, representatives of major companies, and creative industry specialists took part in the forum.

Fifteen students of the Art Management educational program of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography worked as volunteers at the forum.

The forum concluded with a festive gala concert and an award ceremony dedicated to the Day of Culture and Art Workers held at the Astana Ballet Theatre.
