The Kazakh National Academy of Choreography is steadily expanding its international cooperation, strengthening its position as one of the leading educational centers in the field of choreographic art.
This time, the Academy signed memoranda of understanding and cooperation with several foreign educational organizations at once. The signed agreements are aimed at promoting academic and cultural cooperation, implementing student and teacher exchange programs, holding master classes, scientific and practical conferences, and joint production projects. Such initiatives contribute to the exchange of professional experience, the introduction of advanced teaching methods, and the expansion of creative dialogue between countries.
New partners include the Bolshoi Theatre School in Brazil (Brazil), Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance (United Kingdom), the studio school at the Igor Moiseyev State Academic Ensemble of Folk Dance (Russia), Lira Ballet Academy (Republic of Korea), and Hacettepe University (Turkey).
Incidentally, cooperation with Lira Ballet Academy is already underway. Representatives from Korea visited Kazakhstan and the Academy. From February 9 to 14, the guests attended master classes given by leading teachers from the college of professional education in classical and folk dance. At the end of the internship, the girls received certificates of completion for the master classes.
Developing partnerships with prestigious foreign institutions opens up new opportunities for academic exchange, joint creative projects, and integration into the global cultural space. It strengthens the Academy's international status, promotes intercultural dialogue, and fosters a new generation of artists capable of working freely in the global professional arena.
The implementation of joint projects will allow us to combine the best traditions of national schools with modern global trends in choreographic art.
