From February 2 to February 7, 2026, choreographer Oleg Ignatiev has been invited to the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography.

Oleg Ignatiev is a ballet dancer and a graduate of the Vaganova Ballet Academy, one of the world’s leading institutions of classical dance. In his professional career, he combines a high level of performing excellence, deep knowledge of the academic tradition, and teaching experience, which makes him a highly sought-after specialist in the field of classical choreography.

During his visit, Oleg Ignatiev will conduct choreographic and rehearsal work in classical dance for students of the vocational school-college program.

Inviting leading representatives of the international ballet community is part of the Academy’s systematic efforts to enhance the quality of professional training, promote the exchange of experience, and preserve the traditions of the classical ballet school while integrating modern pedagogical approaches.
