A new work week at the Academy began with another online Zoom meeting as part of the “International Dialogue Window” project.

The topic of the meeting was “Confidence in Every Step.”

The project was created by Evgeny Moiseev, Master of Arts in Art Studies, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Choreography at the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography, and a judge of the Association of the Dance Sport Federation of Kazakhstan.

The speaker was Elena Ruzina, Master of Social Psychology and Sports Psychologist (Saint Petersburg, Russia).

Elena Ruzina reviewed previously covered material with the participants—students of the Academy and future teachers of competitive ballroom dance - and also provided new insights for reflection: the Stroop Test, techniques for maintaining focus during competitions, and methods for releasing subconscious fears.
