From November 10 to December 11, 2024, Askar Mirzaev, a third-year doctoral student of the 8D02107 “Art Studies” educational program, completed an international research internship at Shota Rustaveli State University of Theatre and Film in Tbilisi, Georgia.

His dissertation topic is “Social Media in the Cultural Space of Kazakhstan in the Context of Contemporary Art Development.” During the internship, he worked under the supervision of his international academic advisor, Doctor of Art Studies and Associate Professor of the Faculty of Art Studies, Media and Management, Lasha Chkhartishvili. The research internship served as an important stage for deepening his studies, exchanging experience, and expanding international academic cooperation.
