At the beginning of February, the heads of departments at the Academy of Choreography participated in a training session titled "Educational Management." The training was organized in collaboration with the online academy "Ұлттық ұстаз" and led by the founder of the company, Gulmira Kurganbayeva.

The program aimed to enhance managerial competencies, guide leaders in developing institutional strategies, train them in effective change management, and explore alternative funding sources.

Participants learned about current trends in higher education, analyzed modern university development models, and discussed opportunities for attracting additional funding. They also completed a task on building a financial model for an educational institution. Special focus was given to contemporary HR trends, strengthening corporate culture, and improving strategic thinking and communication skills through practical exercises.
