In order to develop skills in managing one’s own emotional state, improving mood, and increasing emotional intelligence, group trainings were conducted among first-year students on the topic: “Managing Emotions.”
Research shows that children and adults who can understand their own and others’ emotions, manage and use them as a resource to achieve their goals can achieve maximum success in many areas of activity.
Purpose of the training:
- acquaintance and formation of ideas about emotional intelligence; self-analysis of emotional intelligence by group members;
- development of group perception; formation of skills to hear, understand and convey moods, feelings, emotions;
- familiarity with basic emotional states, emotions and feelings;
- development of authenticity of participants, development of skills of self-understanding and self-control, development of a sense of trust;
- development of emotional experience and emotional awareness;
- revealing the emotional potential of participants; development of emotional creativity.
