An Evening of Creativity by the Kazakh Composer Serik Erkimbekov

The creative evening dedicated to Serik Erkimbekov was opened with a congratulatory speech by the Rector of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography Bibigul Nusipizhanova, noting the composer's talent and creative heritage, which occupies a special place in the national culture and art of Kazakhstan.

Serik Erkimbekov is a Kazakh and Soviet composer, professor and honored figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan. His father Zhexenbek Erkimbekov, a famous musician, honorary professor of the Kazakh National Conservatory named after Kurmangazy, influenced his formation as a creative person. From childhood the boy was instilled with love to art, as a result, he made a huge contribution to the development of music and ballet art in Kazakhstan.

On this day on the stage of the Academy was presented a lot of creative numbers, opera parts, songs, choreographic miniatures were performed, and to each melody sounded here was written by composer Serik Erkimbekov.

At the end of the creative evening, all participants were invited to the stage for a common photo, which will be a reminder to the younger generation of Serik Jeksembekovich's contribution to the culture of Kazakhstan.
