On September 28, the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography held the first meeting of the Student Scientific Society (SSS) of the new academic year. The meeting was introductory in nature. Participants got to know each other, discussed the main areas of the Society’s activities, reviewed the SSS work plan for the 2026–2027 academic year, and learned about the procedure for awarding GPA points in the Platonus system for participation in the activities of the SSS.

One of the main agenda items was the election of the Chairperson of the SSS. Two candidates were nominated: Diana Khussainova, a third-year student of the Art Management educational programme, and Aliya Balpanova, a first-year student of the Art Management educational programme. The candidates introduced themselves and spoke about their interests, achievements, and vision for the work of the Student Scientific Society.

Following an open vote, Diana Khussainova, a third-year student of the Art Management educational programme, was elected Chairperson of the SSS.

During the meeting, the composition of the Student Scientific Society was also approved, with 32 Academy students joining the Society.
