A guest lecture by Aizhan Aimbetova, an expert in grant funding for various projects, was held at the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography for students of the educational programs “Arts Management” and “Creative Art Industries.”
Aizhan Aimbetova is a practicing entrepreneur and a professional consultant in the preparation and support of grant applications. She has extensive experience in securing funding for business projects, cultural initiatives, and scientific research, successfully implementing numerous cases in cooperation with public and private foundations.
During the lecture, students were introduced to current mechanisms of financial support for youth and innovative projects, including opportunities offered by Kazakhstani and international foundations. These organizations direct resources toward the development of small and medium-sized businesses, support startups, provide grants for scientific and technological projects, and regularly organize grant competitions for young people in the fields of art, culture, and the creative industries.
Students received detailed information on the application process, expert evaluation criteria, review timelines, and key documents necessary for successful participation in grant competitions.
The lecture sparked strong interest among the audience—participants actively asked questions, discussed their project ideas, and received personalized recommendations for further development.
