“Hour of Integrity” Seminar for First-Year Students Held at the Academy of Choreography

An educational seminar titled “Hour of Integrity” was held at the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography for first-year students. The primary goal of the event was to foster a strong civic stance, a sense of personal responsibility, academic honesty, moral and ethical standards among the youth, as well as compliance with the requirements of TBN No. 4.

The meeting was organized by M.R. Kairbekova, Head of the Anti-Corruption Compliance Service of the Academy. First-year students from the Faculties of Choreography and Arts, along with learners from the School-College of Professional Education, joined the discussion on key ethical matters.

During the seminar, the participants received detailed guidance on:

  • Principles of academic honesty: the importance of independent work and respect for intellectual property.
  • Moral and ethical guidelines: the role of integrity and reputation in professional growth and future career advancement.
  • Regulatory requirements: the key provisions and rules for implementing Typical Basic Norms No. 4 (TBN No. 4).

Such meetings help first-year students swiftly adapt to the values and rules of the Academy, establishing a solid foundation for their further academic and creative endeavors.
