On September 29, 2025, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the public association “Assembly Zhastary,” and the Association of the Federation of Sports Dance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an online Zoom meeting was held at the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography in honor of the Academy's 10th anniversary as part of the project “International Dialogue Window.”
Topic of the Meeting: “How to Help a Child Overcome the Fear of Performing in Front of an Audience?”
The project author is Evgeny Moiseev, Master of Arts in Art Studies, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Choreography at the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography, and a judge of the Association of the Federation of Sports Dance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The speaker was Elena Ruzina, Master of Social Psychology and Sports Psychologist (Saint Petersburg, Russia).
The online project “International Dialogue Window” was created as an open educational platform for students of creative universities, teachers, and everyone interested in the development of children in the fields of culture and art.
During the meeting, the following topics were discussed:
The attendees, including students of the Academy—future teachers of sports ballroom dancing—completed tasks that allowed them to personally experience the effectiveness of psychological tools.
The project will continue, as the exchange of experience, knowledge, and methods helps to form a generation of confident, creative, and successful teachers and artists both in Kazakhstan and beyond.
