On April 23, 2025, the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography hosted an educational and intellectually engaging evening in celebration of William Shakespeare’s birthday. The event took place in Room 462 and brought together students and faculty members passionate about literature, theater, and world culture.

The evening was organized by senior lecturers of the Faculty of Arts — B.S. Abdrakhmanov and K.R. Khasambay, along with 1st and 2nd-year students of the Art Studies educational program.

The program included discussions on Shakespeare’s literary and dramatic legacy, his influence on contemporary art, expressive readings, creative tasks, and interactive quizzes. The atmosphere was inspiring, warm, and filled with appreciation for classical culture.

The organizers thanked all participants and emphasized that such events foster aesthetic appreciation and deepen students’ love for theater and literature.
