On January 13–14, 2025, the “Winter School” was held at the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography, aimed at the professional development of teachers and staff of the Academy. During the two-day program, participants improved communication skills, exchanged experiences and discussed current issues in the educational process.

The first and second days of the program were devoted to developing collaboration skills. I completed the communicative training “Cooperation Skills: The Path to Common Success”, which was conducted by educational psychologists S. Ten and A. Alibek for the teaching staff of the faculties of art and choreography and administrative and managerial staff. Participants learned practical tools for effective teamwork.

Besides, on January 13, as part of the “Winter School,” staff of the Department of Methodological Support and Digitalization of the Educational Process organized a seminar “Updates in the development of educational and methodological literature.” The event presented key changes and new approaches to creating educational materials.

On January 14, the Organization and Planning Service held a seminar “Organization of the educational process,” where modern methods of organizing educational activities were presented.

The Winter School has become an important platform for advanced training, strengthening teamwork and professional growth of employees. Such Academy initiatives contribute to improving the educational environment and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
