On April 21, 2025, the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography held a successful employer meeting in its assembly hall. The event brought together graduating students and representatives of leading cultural institutions, creating a valuable platform for experience sharing and establishing professional connections.

The main goal of the meeting was to facilitate the employment of graduating students and assist employers in finding qualified candidates for their vacancies. Participants discussed current labor market demands and received useful career development advice.

Among the invited guests were representatives from the “Shalkyma” Folk Dance Ensemble of the Yergali Rakhmadiev State Academic Philharmonic, the “Naz” State Dance Theater of the Astana City Akimat, the Turkestan Music and Drama Theater, the State Dance Ensemble of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Saltanat,” the “Gulder” and “Birlik” ensembles, the “TERRA” Dance Theater, the Song and Dance Ensemble of the National Guard of Kazakhstan, the Central Ensemble of the National Military-Patriotic Center of the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan, the media company “CPG MEDIA GROUP,” and others.

Students actively asked questions, shared their expectations and professional interests. Employers presented information about their companies, available positions, and candidate requirements.

All participants emphasized the importance of such events in shaping the professional competencies of young specialists. Students expressed gratitude for the opportunity to meet potential employers and receive valuable advice, while organizational representatives praised the high level of student preparation and their readiness for professional work.
