The Kazakhstan National Federation of UNESCO Clubs and Orkenlink Signed a Memorandum of Cooperation

At the premises of the Regional Office of the Kazakhstan National Federation of UNESCO Clubs in Astana, located at the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Kazakhstan National Federation of UNESCO Clubs and Orkenlink.

The signing of the Memorandum formalized the parties’ intention to develop a long-term partnership in the fields of scientific-educational, cultural, and digital initiatives. The cooperation will focus on implementing socially significant projects, supporting youth, and expanding access to modern educational opportunities in Kazakhstan.

Orkenlink is an innovative educational startup aimed at transforming traditional learning systems through the integration of digital solutions and modern approaches. The platform creates a unified educational environment connecting students, parents, and teachers, while fostering key 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication.

Within the framework of the signed agreement, the parties agreed to implement joint projects in the following areas:

  • information support for the Federation’s projects and enhancement of their media visibility;
  • support for the winners of the National social eco-campaign TURAQTY JOL 7.0 through the provision of educational opportunities;
  • development of career guidance initiatives for members of UNESCO Clubs, including access to specialized courses.

Commenting on the signing, President of the Kazakhstan National Federation of UNESCO Clubs, Bolat Akchulakov, noted: “This partnership reflects our commitment to joining forces with innovative initiatives to create sustainable educational opportunities for young people. We are confident that joint projects with Orkenlink will make a significant contribution to the development of the digital educational environment and the formation of a new generation of active and responsible citizens among members of our UNESCO Clubs across the country.”

Ainagul Khamitova, CEO of Orkenlink, added: “For Orkenlink, this partnership is not just a collaboration, but a strengthening of a shared mission. It is an opportunity to scale best practices, unite teenagers into strong communities, and shape a new generation—conscious, proactive, and capable of changing the world around them. We are confident that together with the UNESCO Clubs network, we will be able to create even more growth opportunities for children and adolescents, where everyone will feel: their voice matters, their ideas are important, and their future is in their own hands.”

The Memorandum is voluntary and non-commercial in nature, concluded for a period of three years, and opens new opportunities for strategic cooperation and scaling joint initiatives at the national level.

The working meeting was attended by Vice President for Development of the Kazakhstan National Federation of UNESCO Clubs and Rector of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography, Bibigul Nusipzhanova, as well as UNESCO Clubs Ambassador of Kazakhstan and media expert Makhabbat Yesen.
